**About this Role**

We're seeking an Events Marketing Manager to join our marketing team, preferably based in our Lehi, Utah office, but also open to remote candidates. As an Events Marketing Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping SmithRx's event experiences and contributing to business growth. This role involves supporting the planning and execution of sales road shows, bespoke practitioner events, and larger conferences.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Event Planning: Support the planning of several events, including conferences, summits, and retreats, and collaborate with key stakeholders to align events with marketing and sales strategies.
* Event Execution: Assist in planning, gathering quotes and ideas, budgeting, venue selection, vendor management, logistics, and production.
* Budgeting and Financial Management: Track expenses, manage vendor contracts, and negotiate favorable pricing and terms.
* Reporting: Gather data and insights to measure the effectiveness of events, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

**What You'll Bring to SmithRx**

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in event management, including supporting the execution of large-scale conferences, trade shows, and corporate events.
* Proven track record of supporting high-quality events on time and within budget.
* Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work under pressure.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Creative mindset with a strong focus on customer experience, engagement, pipeline management, and data literacy.
