Repsol Renewables North America (RRNA) is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Renewable Energy Operations Specialist. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliable operations and quality of our solar and battery storage plants in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly alongside contractors and independently to evaluate preventative and corrective services on Repsol's renewable power plants.
  • Proactively identify performance and quality improvement opportunities and provide reports with solutions and recommendations.
  • Assist site teams in troubleshooting, component repair, and replacements with proficient use of specialized tools and diagnostic processes.
  • Develop work instructions using manuals, lessons learned, best practices, and other relevant sources while aligning with RRNA corporate procedures.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 years' experience in Renewable O&M or similar.
  • Ability to read and understand drawings and schematics.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and possession of a valid driver's license.
