Home Health Care Management Professional

Community Health System is seeking an experienced and skilled Home Health Care Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing oversight of facility patient care functions on a designated shift.
About This RoleThis role requires a strong nursing background and excellent leadership skills. You will work closely with other departments and healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care and ensure a smooth continuum of care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direction, counsel, and support for patient care and staffing concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to promote quality patient care.
- Coordinate patient placement and supervise professional and support staff.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in nursing or a related field.
- Current Mississippi RN licensure.
- BLS, ACLS, and CPI certifications (or obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Other unit-specific nursing certifications may be required.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
