Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a House Calls Nurse Practitioner. As a key member of our team, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based medical care to patients in their homes and community settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and treat various illnesses, minor injuries, and accidents.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to provide interdisciplinary care.
  • Maintain comprehensive patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care for our patients.
Qualifications:
  • Active state Nurse Practitioners license.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification.
  • Active state DEA licensure.
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • A minimum of five years of nursing experience, with at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 based on performance and location.
