Dental Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team at Recovery Solutions. As a key member of our dental clinic, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our mission to deliver quality care to every patient with compassion, collaboration, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Dentist during patient exams and treatment procedures, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the dental clinic, adhering to OSHA standards and hospital procedures.
- Coordinate the schedule for the Dental Clinic, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing wait times for patients.
- Participate in quality improvement and chart review activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
- Provide individualized care and treatment that is consistent with the age and life span developmental needs of each patient.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Completed Dental Assistant Program.
- Two (2) years of experience as a dental assistant, including assisting and sterilization techniques, knowledge of dental procedures and equipment, infection control, and safety measures.
- Certification as a Dental Assistant is required.
