Job Summary

The Certified Nurse Assistant II provides direct patient care services as assigned by the RN, demonstrating strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Perform vital signs, temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, pain level, and other measurements as required
  • Gather data and report observations to RNs and physicians
  • Apply topical creams, ointments, and dressings as ordered
  • Turn oxygen on and off at pre-established flow rates
  • Use incentive spirometry devices
Requirements
  • Nursing Assistant Certificate - Level 2 (Oregon)
  • Basic Life Support certification within 1 month of hire
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an OSBN-approved CNA 1 program and 1 year of experience as a CNA 1
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a CNA two (2) Acute Care
  • Computer keyboarding skills
Estimated Salary Range:

$44,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
