Project Management and Engineering Leader

As a Sr. Project Engineer at Sierra Nevada Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of integrated plans for product development. Your expertise will be instrumental in coordinating activities throughout the product lifecycle, from design concept to release. You will be responsible for monitoring project/program status, interfacing with external customers or field-based employees on technical matters, reviewing and managing project programs and budgets, and guiding teams in achieving program goals.

Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $145,000 - $175,000, commensurate with experience. SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance, ensuring your hard work is rewarded.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's of Science degree in a related field of study
* 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, including 6+ years of management experience
* Expert knowledge of engineering principles and practice
* Experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams
* Comprehensive understanding of requirements management, system design, integration
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics, parts lists, specifications, instructions, and test procedures
* Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance required
