Required Qualifications
* Education: BSN required

* Experience: Minimum two years of clinical experience in acute inpatient setting required, with a minimum of one year of experience at Maine Medical Center preferred
* Leadership experience: Previous experience as charge nurse, preceptor, team lead, or other leadership role
* Skills: Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, good physical and emotional health, and excellent interpersonal skills
