Imaging Specialist

Job Summary

As an Imaging Specialist at Access, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing, indexing, and scanning client documents, as well as maintaining and processing physical assets stored in our records center.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and scan client documents according to specific requests
• Maintain and process physical assets stored in the records center
• Conduct quality checks on scanned documents and detect image errors
• Perform manual data entry for validation and verification
• Prepare materials, tapes, and boxes for confidential documents
• Process incoming orders using wireless scanning technology

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a service industry or warehouse environment
• Physical ability to lift boxes and materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
