Facilities Associate Position

At PAR, we are committed to delivering solutions that connect people to the restaurants, meals, and moments they love. As a key member of our team, the Facilities Associate plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment across all areas of the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the facility, including kitchenettes, bathrooms, floors, and conference rooms.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and develop a cleaning schedule to minimize disruptions in the workplace.
- Oversee the upkeep of lobby and entryway glass to enhance the facility's appearance.
- Ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and organized, including high-touch areas, conference rooms, and entryways.
- Develop and adhere to a cleaning schedule that minimizes disruptions and ensures all areas are ready for daily use.
Requirements:
- Previous facilities or custodial experience, with a focus on maintaining clean and organized environments.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and products, including commercial cleaning products, disinfectants, and tools for various surfaces.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure areas are thoroughly cleaned and organized.
- Inventory management skills, including tracking and managing cleaning supply inventories.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to develop and adhere to a cleaning schedule.
- Health and safety knowledge, including safe handling of chemicals and compliance with hygiene standards.
- Customer service mindset and ability to communicate professionally and respond to requests promptly.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to consistent attendance and timeliness.
- Initiative and proactiveness, with a willingness to identify areas that need attention and take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and order.
- Adaptability and flexibility, with a willingness to adjust tasks and schedules based on the needs of the team.
- Positive attitude and collaboration, with a commitment to working well with other team members and departments.
Interview Process:
The interview process will consist of three rounds: a phone screen with the Talent Acquisition Team, a video interview with the Hiring Manager, and a video interview with the team.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments.
