Clinical Support Specialist

We are a clinically dynamic, trauma-intensive substance abuse and mental health treatment program designed to meet the needs of young adult women, ages 18-35.
As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will work with clients daily to support them as they follow their individual treatment plan. Each client is unique, and therefore, no day at our facility will look the same.
The Clinical Support Specialist teaches many skills that guide our clients through the program every step of the way. These skills may include attending groups, taking clients to appointments, or even going camping with our clients.

We believe the best way to provide clinical excellence is to have compassionate and collaborative staff. All departments work together to improve our program and learn from each other in the process.

We also offer competitive pay increases at 6 months and 1 year. Additionally, we cover the cost of Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Certification for those who decide to pursue it.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Dependable: Show up on time and be ready to jump right in. This is critical to providing support and supervision to our clients.

This position requires a HS Diploma/GED.
