We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the mission, vision, and policies of our organization, as well as promoting the development of team relationships and congruent rehabilitation practices.
Responsibilities- Implement the mission, vision, and policies of the organization.
- Act as a liaison between rehabilitation nursing, other disciplines, and administration.
- Allocate resources for the efficient delivery of rehabilitation care.
- Participate in executive decision making related to departmental functions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
- Active AZ or Compact RN License required.
- Five years of experience in inpatient hospital setting, rehabilitation preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing leadership preferred.
- Current BLS required.
- CRRN preferred.
