Deli Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Deli Associate to join our team at Strack & Van Til. As a Deli Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing deli meats and cheeses, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Prepare deli meats and cheeses to order, including slicing, packaging, and labeling.
• Operate meat slicer, merchandise scale, stove/oven/fryer, and other equipment as needed.
• Stock and rotate product, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and facing is attractive.
• Clean and sanitize department, backroom, and cooler/freezer, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.

• A positive customer service attitude and pleasant personality.
• Effective memory skills, allowing you to remember orders and maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination, enabling you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Dependability and ability to follow directions, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
