Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bay Area Building Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.

Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this role is $150,000-$220,000, based on industry standards and location. We offer competitive compensation packages that include bonuses and benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement project plans, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or a related field.
  • Educational background in project management or a similar degree (preferred).
  • Onsite experience working in construction, with expertise in project planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in Builder Trend software, with experience tracking and finalizing projects on-site.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of permitting and inspection processes with city officials.
