About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Nursing Director to lead our administrative team at Penn State Health. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for guiding and managing hospital processes related to acquiring and maintaining Magnet Designation and/or Pathway to Excellence (PTE) Designation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage hospital processes to ensure compliance with ANCC guidelines and standards.
  • Plan, design, and implement programs that drive success in nursing performance.
  • Prepare, revise, and maintain compliance documentation materials.
  • Ensure continuous development and improvement of nursing practices.
Requirements
  • Masters in Nursing degree required.
  • Five years of functional experience in nursing leadership.
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in Pennsylvania.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certification in nursing administration.
  • Experience with ANCC's Magnet or Pathway Designation.
