Job Summary:

As a Clinical Support Associate at UnitedHealth Group, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties within the scope of a Medical Assistant's practice, including rooming patients, recording patient care documentation, and coordinating patient care as directed by physicians and company standards.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by organizing exam and treatment rooms, stocking and cleaning rooms, and sterilizing instruments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respect patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Support and follow Standard Delegation of Orders (SDO) and perform all other related duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year

Education Requirements:

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Current Medical Assistant certification
  • BLS certification
