About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Ted's Montana Grill. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes for our guests.

Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this position is $18-$20 per hour, based on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer flexible schedules, medical benefits, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a scratch kitchen environment where every detail matters. Our menu items are made in small batches to ensure premium freshness of flavors. You will be responsible for preparing food, display showmanship, and interacting with guests in our display kitchens.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fully functional restaurant kitchen experience
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Passion for great food

You will also be required to stand throughout your shift, frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, and lift objects weighing up to 100 lbs. Exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity, and extreme cold may be present.
