We are seeking a skilled Dermatology Field Sales Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for executing brand strategy and tactics in the field, driving sales performance, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives, and more to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Create pre-call plans using SMART objectives and execute post-call evaluations to continuously improve sales performance.
  • Proactively serve customer needs, expectations, and challenges to build trusted customer relationships and achieve win-win agreements.
  • Develop and execute call plans that achieve set call metrics and optimize coverage and frequency to key customers.
  • Build understanding of customer needs and expectations, territory market landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, disease, product, clinical, and sales expertise.
  • Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition with health providers assigned and identify, develop, and maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business, or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of success in selling and solid presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools; possesses strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Operate effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Preferred: Proven track record of success in sales performance within respective therapeutic areas.
  • Preferred: Commercial pharmaceutical industry experience, such as physician/account-based selling, training, managed healthcare, or marketing.
