Developmental Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Developmental Support Worker to join our team in the Department of Developmental Services. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide guidance and instruction on personal habits, hygiene, and social relationships, and promote independence and self-advocacy skills. About the Role
