As a Clinical Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing client programs and managing staff implementation of ABA services. This role involves supervising Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors, conducting observations and assessments in various settings, and developing individualized treatment plans for clients.

The ideal candidate will possess certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Master's degree in Psychology or Special Education, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, they will have the ability to drive from client to client and work longer hours if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Direct client programs and manage staff implementation of ABA services
  • Supervise Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors
  • Conduct observations and assessments in settings such as schools, homes, or communities
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Monitor, track, and report on client progress, communicating frequently with families, teachers, and staff about client needs and progress
  • Design and deliver training to parents, professionals, and staff
  • Assist with regional or company-wide clinical or operational projects

Kyo recognizes the critical role that effective mentorship plays in promoting staff retention and development. As a Clinical Program Director, you will oversee Behavior Therapist mentorship groups, deliver quarterly performance reviews, and provide individualized mentorship to mentees.
