We are seeking a seasoned Executive Sous Chef to join our esteemed culinary team at Rooster & Owl, a Michelin-starred New American concept. Our chef-owned restaurant has garnered accolades such as One Michelin Star, #2 on Washington Post Dining Guide, Essential 38 from Eater DC, Semi-Finalist from James Beard for Best New Restaurant, and multiple RAMMY nominations.

What We're Looking For:- An experienced Executive Sous Chef with a passion for seasonal cuisine and a vision that will complement our existing menu.
- At least two to three years of experience at a reputable restaurant, preferably critically acclaimed or Michelin-starred.
- A strong sense of urgency and a desire to learn and improve on the craft.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well in a small team dynamic.
- Dinner-only shifts from Tuesday through Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off each week.
- No lunch or brunch shifts.
- A competitive wage, with average work hours of 50 to 55 per week.
- PTO, health insurance, and bonus available after a probationary period.
- A supportive work environment that encourages creative input on the menu.
