Your Role:

As an Early Childhood Educator, you'll be responsible for implementing our curriculum in a way that caters to each child's unique needs. You'll create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow, while partnering with parents to provide exceptional care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the individual needs of each child
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
• Develop positive relationships with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders
• Cultivate strong communication skills to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multitask
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential (or willing to obtain)
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
• Able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
