We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee construction projects at various job sites across the US. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Project Managers at our headquarters to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee construction projects at multiple job sites, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, including selection, coordination, and payment
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies
  • Monitor project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement effective cost control measures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Strong understanding of retail tenant improvement, including design, permitting, and construction processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
