Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this role is $65,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year, depending on performance and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, financial planning services, flexible schedule, health insurance, health savings account, life insurance, paid training, parental leave, retirement plan, and vision insurance.
Job Description:
As a Professional Business Owner with Northwestern Mutual, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Building a client base through strategic relationships, referrals, and marketing efforts
• Developing personalized financial plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
• Managing client relationships to ensure ongoing support and satisfaction
• Continuously developing skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Entrepreneurial ambitions and a desire to build a successful business
• History of success in relationship-building or client-facing roles
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
