Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Servexo Inc. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through the development of new sales prospects, negotiation of deals, and maintenance of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned growth targets and retention/renewal objectives.
- Develop a comprehensive territory plan, complete with action plans and schedules, to identify targets for new business development.
- Communicate and role model the company's mission, vision, and values, as well as our distinctive value proposition, to create proposal opportunities.
- Assure proper balance in development activity throughout each year to achieve current year objectives while setting up for success in the following years.
- Develop relationships with industry contacts through trade associations, state agencies, community groups, and other organizations.
- Develop and maintain new business development materials and remain current on product and segment knowledge.
- Use strategic selling techniques to gain insights into prospect needs, concerns, process, and decision criteria.
- Coordinate the entire proposal and approval process, including client visits, site surveys, and financial proforma approval.
- Design and communicate compelling solutions that meet prospect needs.
- Set up for success by developing 1:1 relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
- Lead client presentations in an engaging manner to assure participation, buy-in, and acceptance of proposed solutions.
- Manage and lead the effective transition to operations to assure delivery of agreed-upon programs and success milestones.
Other Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Actively support and apply all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of service is offered to potential clients.
- Maintain current sales information and database in the CRM system to track sales leads, progress, results, and meet monthly reporting requirements.
- Be an effective team member, motivator, and lead by example.
- Actively engage in team meetings, company-wide meetings, and functions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in security services sales experience is preferred but will consider other contract sales experience selling into the service industry.
- Travel approximately 50 to 75 percent.
- Possess professionalism and passion for customer and client relations.
- Demonstrated ability to relate well to individuals and groups with widely varying backgrounds, perspectives, education, and skills.
- Excellent work record, superior communication, cooperation, and organizational skills required.
- Ability to think strategically and operate autonomously.
