We are seeking a highly motivated Laboratory Technician/Dispatcher to join our team at Elwood Staffing in Roswell, NM.
About the RoleThis is a temporary position offering a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 and the opportunity for full-time work with varied shifts, including weekends.
As a Laboratory Technician/Dispatcher, you will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests on milk samples, maintaining equipment, and performing data entry tasks. You will also support dispatch operations by managing processes, traffic, and customer communications.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct laboratory tests on milk samples using complex equipment
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks
- Support dispatch operations by managing processes, traffic, and customer communications
- Work collaboratively with drivers, management, and customers to ensure efficient operations
- Ability to learn and use complex laboratory equipment
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent written/oral communication skills
- Good teamworking skills and analytical abilities
- Time management skills and ability to keep detailed records
- Availability to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
