Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support business operations in our office. This position reports to our Senior Executive Assistant/Logistics and Certifications Director.

About the Position

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $17-22/hr, based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities
  • Provides general administrative support, including answering phones, data entry, filing, responding to emails, procuring and tracking office supplies and equipment, preparing forms and documents, coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, facilitating drug tests, and other tasks as required.
  • Assists in maintaining compliance with Federal, State, and Commercial certification requirements, including DBE, MBE, SBE, SLBE, and others.
  • Assists in applying and maintaining business licenses, annual registration renewals, professional memberships, subscriptions, and other related tasks.
  • Creates, reviews, and manages reports, documentation, and spreadsheets.
  • Develops and updates logs and records following established procedures.
  • Assists with purchasing tasks, including reviewing invoices and maintaining records.
  • Prepares and reviews meeting agendas, minutes, and coordination between staff as needed.
  • Assists and coordinates office and facilities management as instructed.
  • Drives to various locations to complete errands as needed.
