Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team in Florence, KY. This role will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to our healthcare providers.


Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including paid time off, nine federal holidays, birthday off, and a retention bonus after 18 months of employment.


Responsibilities

As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience
  • Preparing patients for exams and procedures
  • Assisting healthcare providers with clinical tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating patient information
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Medical assisting experience (minimum requirement)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records
