About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled LPN Westside Head and Neck to join our team as an Ambulatory Care Specialist. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our clinicians and healthcare team members in a fast-paced ambulatory care setting.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team. This includes preparing patients for appointments, performing routine medical procedures, and maintaining accurate records. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Tasks: Perform routine medical procedures, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Practice Management Activities: Manage patient schedules, respond to messages, and facilitate follow-up duties on patient plans of care.
  • Teamwork, Leadership, and Professional Development Activities: Collaborate with our healthcare team to achieve departmental quality and service goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • License, Certification, Registration: Practical Nurse License (Washington) within 6 months of hire or Compact License: Practical Nurse within 6 months of hire.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated clinical nursing skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two years of nursing experience in an ambulatory care setting.
  • IV therapy experience or recent certification.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Work Schedule: Typically working 4 nine-hour days and 1 half day for a 40-hour work week. Days, hours vary.
