We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. Retirement Plan Specialists to join our team. This role is part of a larger group where individual members may not possess all the listed skills or experiences, but collectively the team covers the full range of expertise required on the OmniPlus recordkeeping system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex plan transitions, adjustments, and reconciliation activities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for recordkeeping systems (OmniPlus, Salesforce, RPS)
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying procedural opportunities and building scalable processes

To succeed in this role, you will have prior experience in daily retirement plan administration, preferably with OmniPlus. You will be able to work independently with moderate oversight by team leadership and collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. We offer a competitive salary of $**80,000**-$**100,000** per year, depending on experience.
