We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, in addition to an excellent benefits package. Our comprehensive compensation includes:

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage."
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing patient conditions during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Performing procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patient's medical record.
- Administering prescribed medications, monitoring the patient for therapeutic response, and taking appropriate action in the event of an unintended response to the medication.
- Providing exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating patient needs, and resolving them.
- Educating patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex medical terminology.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A registered nurse license.
- BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- An Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
