Job Title: Payroll Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Assistant to join our team. As a Payroll Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Payroll Department with payroll-related tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees
  • Calculate pay according to hours worked, incorporating leaves of absences and overtime pay
  • Verify all tips for employees
  • Assist with adding/removing deductions
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll
  • Assist in labor rebilling to the appropriate locations
  • Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the payroll functions and duties
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level preferred
  • 0-2 years minimum of experience in Payroll
  • Bilingual in Mandarin or Spanish is preferred
  • Experience in Paycom preferred
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work with numbers and data
  • Read, understand, and follow the Employee Handbook and all company policies and procedures
  • Google Suite - (Excel, Word, Publisher, Power Point) required
  • Highly motivated and able to adapt to change
  • Exemplary written and oral communication and organization
  • Positive and Professional Attitude
