As a Patient Care Specialist, you will be responsible for the direct care of patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
You will adhere to policies, procedures, and standards of practice as established by MelroseWakefield Healthcare.
Supports the flow of care on the unit and performs unit secretary duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend medical terminology
- Successful completion of a certified patient care/clinical associate/certified nursing assistant or equivalent course
- Current BCLS required
Preferred qualifications include 2-4 years of experience in healthcare and nursing services.
