We're currently seeking a highly skilled Lead Night Chaperone to join our team in Orlando, FL. This key role plays a vital part in ensuring the safety and well-being of our participants during nighttime hours.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining security and enforcing policies while working closely with the Night Chaperone Coordinator and Onsite Coordinator. To excel in this position, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service by being courteous, professional, and responsive to students, educators, and colleagues.
  • Maintain a high level of safety awareness at all times, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct regular floor checks between 9:45 PM and 5:00 AM, monitoring hotel areas and reporting any incidents or concerns.
  • Promote a positive image of the organization, embodying the values of respect, integrity, and excellence in all interactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with program leaders, groups, and designated personnel to ensure seamless operations.
  • Build strong relationships with students, fostering an environment of trust, empathy, and support.

About the Opportunity:

This is a seasonal position, requiring availability from March to June. Requirements:

  • A minimum of $35,000 per year (estimated salary range)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and smartphone operation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Capacity to walk up and down stairs with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Successful completion of background screening
