About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Examine and treat chronic illnesses, minor injuries, and other medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide interdisciplinary care and maintain comprehensive plans of care.
  • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed.
  • Keep patient medical records up-to-date and ensure accurate documentation.
Requirements
  • Active state Nurse Practitioners license.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification.
  • Active state DEA licensure.
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred.

Salary Range:

USD $95,000 - $130,000 / Year.
