Medical Care Specialist for Senior Patients

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs. Our comprehensive benefits package includes competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Examine and treat chronic illnesses, minor injuries, and other medical conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide interdisciplinary care and maintain comprehensive plans of care.
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed.
- Keep patient medical records up-to-date and ensure accurate documentation.
- Active state Nurse Practitioners license.
- Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification.
- Active state DEA licensure.
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
- Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred.

Salary Range:USD $95,000 - $130,000 / Year.
