Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive circulation services, including assisting users with locating library materials and resources, answering reference and research questions, and providing basic assistance with technology and computing.
  • Maintain the library's collections and spaces, and assist with unit projects.
Work Schedule

This part-time position typically requires 10-12 hours per week, with a combination of evening, weekend, and day hours. Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours and take extra shifts when available.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong commitment to customer service, diversity, equity, respect, and inclusion.
  • A facility with information technology, and an undergraduate degree or equivalent knowledge in architecture, landscape architecture, art history, or a closely related design field.
  • Experience in a public service setting, and fluency with computers and computing applications.
