Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and Serve Guests: Prepare the breakfast bar, greet and serve guests in a friendly and attentive manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present food items according to established standards and recipes.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards, and report any equipment or supply issues to management.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Monitor and address guest satisfaction scores, working to improve departmental and overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Education and Certification: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with food sanitation certification required within 90 days of employment.
  • Experience and Skills: Previous food and beverage experience preferred, with strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
