At SSM Health, we are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team in Madison, WI. As a Medical Dosimetrist, you will play a crucial role in developing and administering radiation therapy treatment plans under the direction of physicist and radiation oncologist.

Job Summary:

  • Develops and administers radiation therapy treatment plans
  • Assists with or performs the application of specific methods of dosimetry
  • Provides technical support for radiation protection procedures
  • Maintains radiation safety for self, co-workers and patients

About the Role:

You will work closely with a team of 5 dosimetrists, 5 physicists, and 6 physicians to deliver high-quality patient care. Our state-of-the-art facilities feature 5 Linear Accelerators, 4 CT's, and 1 TomoTherapy machine, offering a wide range of opportunities for professional growth and development.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $73,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Dosimetry
  • Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) or Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board (MDCB)
