Sewing Specialist

As a Sewing Specialist - Product Development, you will play a vital role in achieving production goals in the fabrics department. You will utilize industrial sewing equipment and marine-grade materials, and may also be cross-trained in other areas, to support overall company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Complete predetermined prioritized-orders while communicating effectively to peers and management within the department.
2. Develop and implement cost-saving ideas.
3. Collaborate with different teams for product design and development.
4. Evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques and procedures.
5. Monitor and improve quality control processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in sewing.
• Proficiency in sewing.
• Familiarity with using a Juki Sewing Machine DDL-8700 Model.
• Fluency in English, bilingual is a plus.
