Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team as a skilled nursing professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the assessment and care planning process for patients in collaboration with registered nurses.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, self-care, and available resources.
- Identify safety hazards and emergency situations, taking corrective action as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license prior to hire date.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
