Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Coach to join our team at Hospitality Syracuse Inc. As an Area Coach, you will provide leadership and support to our Restaurant General Managers, ensuring they meet or exceed their annual operating plans. Your primary role will be to build management capability and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Management Capability:
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of Restaurant General Managers and Assistant General Managers.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions to provide feedback and guidance on performance improvement.
  • Identify and develop talented restaurant leaders to build a deep bench of future leaders.
  • Ensure Consistent Customer Satisfaction:
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with Restaurant General Managers to develop strategies to address customer complaints and improve satisfaction.
  • Coach Process and Discipline Around the P&L:
  • Analyze financial performance and provide guidance on ways to drive sales and maximize profitability.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve restaurant performance and achieve financial goals.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and financial performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to designated stores and work with management teams on a regular basis.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
