We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Care Professional to join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse II at Arkansas Children's. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing safe, effective care for assigned patients with the assistance and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. We require at least one year of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will be licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing (ASBN) and have excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collect patient/family data to facilitate the identification of clinical, educational, psychosocial, and cultural needs.
  • Contribute to patient plan of care based on clinical, educational, psychosocial, and cultural needs while recognizing when to resource other health team members.
  • Plan, prioritize and organize patient care tasks to ensure time and resource utilization.
  • Complete routine patient care tasks and medication administration in a safe, efficient and timely manner.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings options and paid time off.
