Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive base salary, you may also be eligible for a bonus and/or commission plan, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Associate Optometrist to join our team and provide exceptional patient care in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment. As an Associate Optometrist, you will have the autonomy to care for patients and make decisions regarding their treatment, all while working in a flexible scheduling environment that can accommodate part-time commitments or additional hours to an existing practice schedule.
You will have access to Revolution EHR software and technical support, as well as an automated online appointment book and patient recall system. This role offers a unique opportunity to work independently while being part of a larger organization with extensive resources and support.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have a strong foundation in optometry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You should also be comfortable using technology and have basic computer skills.
