Visual Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled Visual Brand Ambassador to represent Lands' End in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our brand values.

• Deliver top-notch customer service through phone calls, ensuring each interaction meets the Lands' End Principles of Doing Business.
• Analyze customer needs and provide creative solutions while adhering to business practices and guidelines.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to create loyal brand advocates.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer product usage, identify sales opportunities, and logo needs.
• Anticipate customer needs through active listening and work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver quality digitized embroidery or decoration solutions.
• Assist customers in revising existing logos and creating new logo set-ups, providing knowledgeable support throughout the process.
• Maintain focus and composure by handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proven sales experience or aptitude to learn.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
