Sales Capacity Representative

Armstrong Transport Group is a leading third-party logistics provider that connects shippers and carriers through innovative technology solutions. As a Capacity Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with customers, agents, and team members to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, agents, and team members to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Research and analyze load information to optimize shipping carrier requirements and regulations.
- Report client requests and escalate ongoing performance issues to the Carrier Relations Manager.
- Negotiate price and cost of carrier services to ensure competitive pricing.
- Update service-level reports and provide analysis on results to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Ability to build strong inter-professional relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working with carriers and operational knowledge in telecommunications.
- Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple projects and issues in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous professional work experience, with previous carrier sales experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
