Risk Management Leader for Model Governance

We're seeking a seasoned Risk Management Leader to spearhead our model governance efforts.
- Salary: $192,000 - $259,000 (target hiring range)
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in model validation or development, with expertise in quantitative analytics and statistical methods. They'll be skilled in data visualization tools like Tableau and Excel, and possess excellent communication and leadership abilities.

- Manage model risk and ensure effective governance
- Lead teams in identifying and reporting emerging model risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement risk management solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to support business decisions
What You'll Need:
- 8+ years of experience in model validation or development
- Expertise in quantitative analytics and statistical methods
