Retail Operations Manager

The General Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of America's Best optical stores. Reporting directly to the District Manager, this individual is responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
- Monitor and achieve profit, sales, and performance goals.
- Ensure all store associates deliver top-notch customer service.
- Investigate and gather competitive market data.
- Provide regular statistics to senior management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of [estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000] annual salary, depending on experience.
- Management experience in retail and/or optical industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
