**About the Role:**

**Job Summary:**
The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to a team of nurses, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes. This individual will also be responsible for managing budgets, staffing, and resources to achieve departmental goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of nurses in delivering patient-centered care that meets the highest standards of quality and safety;
  • Develop and implement effective nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure transparency and accountability;
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve seamless patient flow and efficient resource utilization;
  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning within the department.

**Requirements:**

  • Demonstrated expertise as a registered nurse with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting;
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a team;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year;
