Collision Damage Appraiser

We are seeking a skilled Collision Damage Appraiser to join our team at Gerber Collision & Glass. As a key member of our repair facility, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs.

The Collision Damage Appraiser's primary responsibility is to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish. This includes documenting all customer interactions, communicating with insurance companies, and collaborating with the repair team to meet customer expectations.

• Accurately assess vehicle damage and document repairs needed
• Provide timely and transparent communication to customers and insurance companies
• Collaborate with the repair team to ensure efficient and high-quality repairs
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and company KPIs

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in collision repair or a related field
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
