Job Title:

Clinical Instructor - Fauquier Campus

Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time clinical adjunct nursing instructor for the RN program at the Fauquier campus. The successful candidate will have demonstrated clinical experience in mother/baby or medical/surgical nursing and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach clinical or laboratory instruction in the RN program
  • Develop and implement curriculum to meet program goals
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success
Requirements:
  • Current unrestricted RN license in Virginia
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in mother/baby or medical/surgical nursing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to be a team player
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Nursing

The minimum hourly rate for this position is $39.72 per hour, with the potential for higher rates based on education and experience.
